Ally at Glo was absolutely amazing. She was running the entire huge store by herself on an extremely busy day (Thursday 2pm), and somehow still managed to be kind, patient, and genuinely welcoming to everyone who walked in. She never once seemed rushed or overwhelmed with all the customers. She took the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and made sure we all felt taken care of. That level of professionalism and positive attitude under pressure is rare, and it did not go unnoticed. 5 STARS!! Glo is lucky to have Ally and she deserves major recognition for her hard work and dedication.
